Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services and your appointment.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can schedule directly with us. No physician referral is required for any of our preventive imaging services.
How long does a scan take?
Most full-body MRI scans take 60–90 minutes. Other scans like cardiac CT or bone density are typically 20–45 minutes.
When will I receive my results?
Results are typically delivered within 24 hours of your scan. You'll receive a detailed written report reviewed by a board-certified radiologist.
Is the scan covered by insurance?
Preventive imaging is often not covered by insurance as it is self-pay. We offer transparent pricing and financing options. Contact us for details.
Are there any risks to an MRI scan?
MRI scans use magnetic fields and radio waves — no ionizing radiation. They are safe for most patients. Patients with certain metal implants may not be eligible.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with no metal. You will be asked to remove jewelry and other metal items before the scan.
